Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. The role requires a good understanding of various digital channels and hands-on experience in campaign management, analytics, and content promotion.

• - Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across: Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads), Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, and Retargeting)
• - LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms)
• - Generate high-quality B2B leads from industries including manufacturing, corporate, tech startups, and service-based businesses.
• - Build ad strategies to promote website development, mobile app development, ERP implementation, and CRM solutions.
• - Set up proper campaign tracking through UTM parameters, conversion goals, and remarketing pixels.
• - Analyze campaign performance and improve CTR, CPL, and ROI through A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• - Create campaign briefs and work with content/design teams to produce high converting creatives and landing pages.
• - Perform SEO (On-page and Off-page) activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
