About the Role
Are you passionate about driving growth and building client relationships in the tech space? We’re
looking for a dynamic BDE with 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, client engagement, and
sales conversion — especially in website and mobile app development services.
Key Responsibilities
- - 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns,
and industry directories.
- Research target markets and decision-makers in businesses that may require web/app
development.
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and project scope.
2. Client Communication & Engagement
- Reach out via cold calling, emails, or messages to introduce services.
- Understand client requirements and pain points clearly.
- Present company portfolio, solutions, and proposals effectively.
3. Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare customized proposals, cost estimates, and timelines based on the client’s needs.
- Work with the technical team (developers/designers) to scope out project feasibility and delivery
timelines.
4. Sales Conversion
- Negotiate terms and close deals by addressing objections, clarifying services, and adding value.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and push toward conversion.
- Send agreements or contracts and ensure proper onboarding of the client.
5. Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business or referrals.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handhold them through the early stages of project execution.
6. Market Research & Strategy
- Keep up with trends in website and mobile app development.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, competition, and service improvements.
7. Reporting & CRM Management
- Use CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Report daily/weekly activity to management including leads generated, pipeline progress, and
deals closed.
